One of my favourite friends in the world Louise has recently purchased this Ritchie Fahey photo for her art collection and I'm in love. I'm in love with this beach bungalow baby in all her tiki pin up girl glory!

Via Kaz/Bloesem, I've just found these amazing wall decals which are made from fabric, not vinyl. OMG! Have you ever seen woodland so cute!?  And I think I might need these in my own bedroom...

(I bought an ice pack for the inevitable twisted ankle. You're talking here about someone who thinks the inch sole on a pair of Converse sneakers are a dizzy height!)

French Connection UK Okayama dark denim jeans. Mmmmm...lusty.

I even went into the store and touched them. A$180.

Dark denim, high waisted, bootcut, detailing. I might have to hock a kidney.

lustful object of the day: selvedge upholstery

You might remember some time ago Jodie from Ric Rac made this incredible dress completely out of saved fabric selvedges?  Well, she's been at it again!

Get a load of this amazing chair upholstered completely with sewn-together selvedges!

This kind of project really appeals to me...I'm saving up my own selvedges to make this scarf. I think it's going to take me a VERY long time to have enough to do it, but you know, a girl has to have a goal!

My bus ride to work was suddenly made all the better reading through my current edition of Frankie, when I spied a lustful me & oli top with gorgeous owl fabric - yum!  How delighted I was to find their website linked to their etsy store...double yum lust.

The latest collection, me & oli's first adventures, is - according to Lalita "made with love and a bit of RAH!" and it certainly looks the part, featuring cutely intricate animal-themed textile prints with a dash of vintage detailing, and other fun bits and bobs like lasercut jewellery and hand-bound journals. Swoon.
